User Guide

  1. Enter Customer Reviews:
    • Copy and paste or manually enter one review per line in the provided text box labeled “Customer Reviews.”
    • Ensure reviews are relevant and concise for accurate analysis.
  2. Set a Price:
    • Input the desired price in the “Price ($)” field.
    • The price value should be a positive number, and decimals are allowed (e.g., 19.99).
  3. Simulate:
    • Click the “Simulate” button.
    • The tool will calculate sentiment scores based on the reviews and adjust them according to the price entered.
  4. View Results:
    • A bar chart will appear displaying two datasets:
      • Original Sentiment: Represents the baseline sentiment scores derived from the reviews.
      • Adjusted Sentiment: Shows how sentiment changes when pricing effects are taken into account.
    • Use this data to understand how pricing influences customer sentiment.
  5. Refine Inputs:
    • Adjust the reviews or price as needed to test different scenarios.
    • Click “Simulate” again to update the results.
